The Grade II listed Well House is so named because there is one in the courtyard! This former merchant's house, situated in the very heart of Fowey, has immediate access to a marvellous array of shops, 19 pubs and restaurants and the fantastic harbour. 2 rooms plus the Dolly suite, consisting of a bathroom, double bedroom with 4'6" 'Victorian' bed and Singapore rattan furniture. The outer room can be used as a sitting area or an extra bedroom with the sofa bed. There is freeview TV, tea, coffee, etc. It is at the rear of the house, therefore very quiet.
